<p>Just got an email about it today. Does anybody know much about it? I tried a search, but there’s not much on the boards about it. </p>

<p>It’s a dog and pony show put on by UNC for some of its accepted students. They give you a chance to get to know UNC, meet some administrators, professors, other students, etc. They have some planned activities and make arrangements for you to stay overnight in the dorms with a host, try the food, maybe attend a class, and so forth. Different schools have different names for it, but it’s basically designed to get you to choose UNC over the others to which you have been accepted.</p>
