Connecting Treo/Blackberry to UNC Webmail?

To all the people on the forum that attend UNC now or have attended, I was trying to get a few answers about Treo or Blackberry usage on campus. I was planning on using my Treo on campus and was wondering whether or not I would be able to connect and receive mail from my unc webmail account wirelessly. If a Treo is not supported, do UNC students and faculty mostly use blackberrys? Just trying to see what I should do when it comes to renewing my smartphone and whether I should go with a Treo or Blackberry, or neither if the webmail isn’t supported.

Thanks for any help you can give.

have you tried searching on ServiceNow; ?

this is where you go if you have any technology question for unc

Check out this new service at UNC for the fall:

Does anyone know how the uncmobile program (link above) works? My D sent an email, as requested, indicating she is interested in signing up for this, but we have not been sent any information.

It would be great if this were part of CTOPS, like the Carolina Computer Initiative (CCI), wouldn’t it?
