<p>Will my friend’s academic dishonesty in College X which wasn’t caught at the time, but came to light last month, be grounds for dismissal or other disciplinary sanctions from College Y if she had got admitted and enrolled on the baisis of being eligible to return to school X?</p>
<p>Your ‘friend’ will have to talk to an advisor or someone else at college Y. Without knowing the school, no one can really give a definitive answer.</p>
<p>I don’t know. Any Academic misconduct is a very serious matter. Don’t most institutions have guidelines or rules accessible?</p>
