Consider yourself a mathematician? Then test your logic with these...

I found these logic puzzles, which i find very entertaining. No, they’re not Soduku, but they’re more fun- they’re battleships. I was able to get many of them, but i couldn’t solve two of them, however i consider myself fairly good at math. See how you do, and then let me know what you got. I would really appreciate it! Below are the instructions and links to the puzzles:

“Your job is to find the fleet of ships hidden in each of the grids below. Each fleet consists of one four-segment battleship, two three-segment cruisers, three two-segment destroyers, and four one-segment submarines. Ships are located entirely within the grid, with one grid space taken up for each ship segment. Ships are oriented horizontally or vertically and no ship touches another, even diagonally.
The numbers along the edges indicate how many segments are in that row or column. In addition, some grid spaces are shown as water; these spaces will not contain a ship segment.”

But if there’s no number on the side, then there’s no ship segement in that row or column, am I correct?

No, that just means that you have to figure out how many segments there are in that row or column on your own.

I’m pretty sure no numbers on the side means no segments in that particular row or column.

This is like a strange mix of Kakuro and Battleship…
