Considering changing my major to Communication

Hello all, I am considering getting my BS/BA in communication/communication studies.

My question is:

  1. Is this degree worth getting? As in, will it be easy to find an entry level job after graduation relating to communications?

Easy, no.

Maybe. It depends on how broadly you define “relating to communications” and what you mean by “easy.”

I live in the Seattle area, and a quick search for communications jobs here turned up media managers, marketers, public relations specialists, and communications specialists/officers.
