<p>Hey, if a school keeps nagging me about information regarding my financial aid(such as proof of citizenship), like a month after i applied as a transfer, does it mean that they are actually considering me? I was also on rolling admissions, so i would think that if they didn’t want me, they would have told me.</p>
<p>It depends on the school. Most of them will only require financial information after you enrolled but some like nyu and bu requires it as part of your application.</p>
