My admissions counselor contacted me like a month after i got admitted. I got NO merit aid. I was admitted with a 1680 sat score (baffled me!)–520R/550M/610W…HOWEVER, I took january’s sat; those results didn’t come in till i got my acceptance. now, she said i could sen din my new sat scores to see if i could qualify for merit aid. this time, i got an 1860…breakdown of: 570R/600M/690W…would that qualify me for aid at all? Thanks :P

I don’t know about the aid but congrats on bringing up the SAT scores! Keep up the hard work because there will be some very bright students in your classes at Tulane and you want to do as well as possible.

My son’s SAT

CR 710 Math 700 WR 620

He did not have any aid.

You might just call or E-mail them

tokaicarbon, did your son end up getting aid? From his SAT’s it sounds like he should have received something.

they are unable to offer him scolarship. Since he has been accepted by A&M Chem Engineering and waiting for UT Chem Engineering. I might just keep him in Texas. He is from private school Texas, it seems much harder for them to get fair judgement even within Texas(10% law).
