I’m a current high school senior interested in attending KSU. However, I have an anaphylaxis dairy allergy (life threatening) and I would like to contact someone from Dining Services about being able to accommodate my allergy. If I do attend, I would not eat every day in the dining halls (as I do hope to have a dorm with at least a Kitchenette). Should I email the Director of University Dining or the Head Chef? Also, if anyone has attended KSU with a food allergy and can tell of how their allergy was handled, that would be great too. Thank you in advance.
