I happen to live close to a university (UCSB). I would love to take some specific classes for my own personal growth, but I am not interested in pursuing a major. Would this be possible? According to their admissions site http://admissions.sa.ucsb.edu/applying/how-to-apply, they accept applications “from first-time freshman and junior-level transfer students only.” Since neither of those apply to me, I guess I’m out of luck?
