<p>Another decision event for son. He’s been led to believe that he can have a contract position. His mom wants him to hold out for a Job, that has benefits. I say that in today’s environment that there is safe job, especially one that has benefits, and high tech. Currently he is provides his own insurances, grad student wages but enough where he is self-sufficient, able to save a little bit, and funding for conferences and travels. He can remain in his current position for another 6 months and be OK as a “visiting researcher” doing something that he enjoys. He can return to his master’s university, to pursue funded phd, but no later than June '09.</p>
<p>Q. Any recommendation for reference material or who he can talk to, that can provide pros and cons to the choices. </p>
