Contradicting material in PR and Kaplans for SAT 2 Lit.?

Okay, I am going through the books and Kaplans is telling me to study all of the huge words that I have never heard of. I read the PR one, which then tells me to ignore memorizing the specific words in the Kaplans book.

What should I do? I could be safe and memorize everything but that’s at least 25 pages of notes more to memorize (I study the definition of the words and how to use them and that takes up lots of paper space).

For the test-takers of the SAT 2 who got 710+, which book did you find more helpful?

anyone there?

I know this is off your topic but I noticed elsewhere in CC you expressed a strong negative opinion about Concordia in Montreal. I have a son who is interested in the “Great Books” program at Corcordia’s Liberal Arts College. Would you mind sharing any thoughts you might have?

Sorry to ask you this question in the wrong place but I am ver low tech.

lindsay, i used the kaplan book by reading through it and completing most of the timed practice tests and got 710.

i haven’t seen the PR one but kaplan should be fine.
