I wrote this essay as part of one my summer program’s applications. It was about Cornel West’s Race Matters and its impact on views in terms of my race and religion. My interviewers, one of who was a Ivy admissions officer, seemed to like it. But, I don’t know if it would work for this college. Is it too controversial? I could always leave the optional blank.
Advice would be great!
