so I had to go to a luncheon today and everyone around me were mostly CEOs, architects, senators, ect. I’ve never had a problem with shyness but for some reason I was at a lost for words. I’m not sure whether CEOs, architects, and senators would be interested in mundane high school stuff. So what are some good conversation starters for this kind of environment so that other kids who encounter this kind of situation might have something to say? What can we talk about besides their jobs, I feel rather networking-like if we talk too much about their jobs.

thanks!
