Does anyone know a reliable way to convert gmail into PDF format, preferably in bulk as opposed to one at time.
You may be able to do it one at a time via your print function — at least on Windows operating systems you will see an option called Microsoft Print to PDF when you look at the list of which printers to use after selecting Print. Not sure about in bulk, though.
GMail can be accessed through an IMAP email client like Thunderbird or Outlook. Some such clients may have bulk print functionality (use “print to file” when choosing a printer to make PDFs).
@ucbalumnus Thanks I’ve never used Outlook, but I thought I read Mozilla had quit supporting Thunderbird some time ago. Apparently I’m wrong it’s still supported.
