Cooking with shisito peppers

Greetings, all! I am an avid pepper grower. This year I decided to pick some different varieties to try and the Japanese shisito pepper is one of them. I’ve been Googling and see that these peppers are often stir fried or grilled and eaten that way. Are any of you experienced with shisitos? I’ve got quite a few that are ready for harvest now and would love to hear what you’ve done with them.

Grill, baby, grill.

Turn them when they start blistering a little, not too much. I thread mine on a skewer.

Thanks for the response, crester. I ate one raw yesterday for the first time and was pleased with the flavor. I’ll probably try them in a stirfry within the next couple of days, too.
