I was thinking I’d share a couple of very cool things that I’ve found - what have you found?

There are so many cool things popping up online right now. Artful. Educational. Fun.

This one reminds me of Bob Ross: https://www.kennedy-center.org/education/mo-willems/

And this is truly wonderful: https://www.kennedy-center.org/digitalstage/

And…Paris Musées, a collection of 14 museums in Paris have recently made high-res digital copies of over 325,000 artworks freely available to the public on their collections website. http://parismuseescollections.paris.fr/en

@doschicos. I watched Chris Martin from Coldplay yesterday. He requested his friend John Legend perform today. Great idea!

Laura Benanti asked high school kids whose school musicals had been canceled to post themselves singing what they didn’t get to perform. College students have joined in. A curated version is at https://www.broadwayworld.com/article/Video-Roundup-Theatre-Students-Show-off-Videos-of-Them-Singing-at-the-Request-of-Laura-Benanti-20200314?fbclid=IwAR2bdJ8iGdrns1N6Mrtt1BiEwDoTO578JusIS-HI0bY-mlsYoJd-Rewq9zQ and you can see a link there for Benanti’s original posts and some celebrities comments.

I plan to be watching more painting demos - there are tons of youtubes for Chinese ink painting. Also going to be painting more as I expect my architecture practice will dry up soon.

Lots of great language learning apps these days. Especially good if you have a half-forgotten base in a language is Duolingo.

9

For pure time wasting, two of my favorite iPad game apps are Castle Story and Lilys Garden. Good game play and interesting story lines. I also like Gardenscapes and Homescapes.

Honestly, mostly I’m frantically learning video-making and conference tools for my suddenly online classes–so, I’m getting educated to I can educate!
