Cool things scientists do in universities

<p>Sometimes in the admissions frenzy we forget what’s cool and unrelated initially to anything other than sheer discovery …</p>

<p>There’s often an inherent practicality in grouping brilliant and motivated people in one place and letting them feed off and inspire one another. But I guess that’s the whole idea behind getting into the elite universities which spawn the admissions frenzy, huh? :-)</p>
