Coop, Intern, Full time, which is the most difficult?

I am currently a gatech coop student. I have a question regarding the difficulty in finding a coop, intern or full time job. Anyone know which is the most difficult? Or rank those three in order?

Do you mean finding a company to which you can apply or actually getting through the interview?

All three are easy to find through career services as long as your GPA is decent (>3.0). Co-ops are probably a little easier since the co-op office helps set up the interviews for you.

As far as actual interviews, co-op and intern interviews are the same, though they expect more in an interview from juniors than from freshman. Full-time interviews are more difficult than internship/co-op because they want more from you. For example, if a company asks for a time you’ve solved a difficult problem, it’s acceptable to talk about a social situation if you’re a freshman intern interviewee. As a junior intern interviewee, that’s probably not the best approach and you should talk about a previous internship, part-time job or a class project. For a full-time interview, they want something more substantial, such as an internship experience or senior design project.

That said, even though the interviews get more difficult, your experiences get richer as you move through college, so it’s not really too much to expect.
