<p>I know that you have to apply for CUE and that you can get rejected. Is it the same way for COOP?</p>
<p>I think they basically take everybody who can pay and is willing to put a little time into the app. i’m not positive but that was my impression. I think there’s a little higher of a demand-to-supply ratio with CUE than there is with COOP. it’s fairly easy to go get an extra bike or canoe, it’s harder to increase your community service troupe to an arbitrary size.</p>
