<p>I’m from Austria, so my English is maybe very bad.
I’m writting a seminar work about Copyright in Europe and the USA and i’m not sure, if a professor gives a student the order to write a thesis, if the professor or the university is the owner of the copyright? And ends the copyright 50 years after the death of the professor or 50 years after the dissolution of the university?
