I just finished my first semester at community college, well not first but thats another story. As of right now I havent found a decent advisor at my school all of them just kind of want to get you out of there for some reason. I go to PGCC in Maryland and im studying Marketing Management by the way maybe i should have said that earlier? As far as transferring for my bachelor’s i’m looking at schools and planning my transfer as early as possible my school has articulation agreements with different schools none really peaked my interest except for Georgetown but thats for liberal arts studies and American University i’ve been looking into Loyola Maryland and Fordham also (when I asked an advisor about transferring she asks as if she doesnt want to know or to busy to really tell me anything). I guess my question Is how much of the core curriculum should I complete before I appy to transfer? I wish I had more help im new to college and i never learned about in high school and im already first generation college student so I dont really have anyone to talk about this with and would really want to learn more about my options. I don’t see see any prerequisites for transfer students so im really going off of there core curriculum, none have emailed me back but I guess thats due to what time of year it is everyones on vacation. Im rambling but If anyone has any advice or tips for me I would greatly appreciate it
