Corn Bread

<p>I use*my cast iron pans for almost everything. I am gluten free now so don’t use Jiffy mix, although grandma always did. But for 40 people, I think I would do muffins.</p>

<p>Muffins is an excellent suggestion and they can be made and frozen ahead.</p>

<p>I’m NOT buying a cast iron pan…I’m not borrowing one. We don’t eat cornbread. I’m making this to take to a barbecue at someone else’s house.</p>
