I was wondering how Cornell will see my ACT score, as I know they will superscore me so if I get 36 and 36 on English and reading and 0 0 for math and science. And the second time 36 36 for math and science and 0 0 for English and reading.
Will they still count?

You are mistaken, Cornell DOES NOT superscore the ACT, this is directly from their admissions blog:

“Cornell does not superscore the ACT. There is no downside to sending multiple results, your best will be considered with your application. If you wait until you see the results of the October exam, they may not be received by Cornell in time to be reviewed with your early decision application.”

Okay thanks, then I need to work hard on it. :)
