I have a couple of questions about transferring to Cornell AEM.

1) Do they consider HS grades and SATs?

2) Where do they place more emphasis? i.e. if you had a 3.5 HS GPA, but a 4.0 college GPA, can you be accepted?

3) Are there other factors that affect admissions?

1) Do they consider HS grades and SATs?

HS grades…yes
SATs… No

Where do they place more emphasis?

Maybe…what college do you go to…I would say its very likely that you could get in with those grades…did you take the pre-reqs?

3) Are there other factors that affect admissions?

if you havent completed the pre-reqs you can forget about it…it has prevented alot of strong students from entering the program. Additionally, essays and recs are weighed very heavily.

Yes pre reqs taken. So ECs aren’t that important?
