<p>So here’s the situation: I completed the common app, paid the fee, did the supplement, sent sat scores , and did everything that I thought I had to do. The only thing cornell doesn’t have is a second teacher letter of recommendation. If that recommendation isn’t received by them by january 3rd-the application deadline, will my application not be reviewed? Is it ok if they get a second letter of rec past the deadline?</p>

I don’t see why they should not review your application in this case. Have you tried contacting the direcotr of admissions or calling the offices to explain your situation? I’m sure they have had several similar cases;so you should not fret since you seem like you have almosteverything completed
