Cornell Cas Is Ridiculous

the transfer acceptance rate for CAS this past year was 7.5 percent

good luck to you guys

as a cornell student lol

yeah screw Cornell man. lol

I’ll only apply to Cornell if I get a 36 on the ACT in September…so good luck with that. :D

That’s pretty close to 8% at haas. Bball, where did you get that info? I can’t find anything on the cornell site.

it’s listed on there, 1000-something applicants and 81 acceptances

yeah that is brutal…

cornell is, iirc the ivy with the highest freshman acceptance rate. it has one of the lowest transfer acceptance rates of any school. are guaranteed transfers the cause or does cornell just dislike transfers in general?

All the Ivys this year had terrible acceptance rates.

penn was decent…

what was penn’s transfer admit rate?

i’d really be interested in any more detailed info if anyone has it for penn (like any information about legacy transfer admits)

i would say it has a ton to do with the automatic transfer program

I think Penn has one of the best transfer rates along with Dartmouth…usually Brown is the best. Also Cornell can be the best depending on the school you apply to.
