Was this ever verified? Did people actually say their checklist AND ref # had disappeared or was it hearsay? Any screenshots?

same here, I only have permanent address. My permanent address & present address is same, that’s why most probably.
Our addresses are the same but both are showing

I thought so, until I read it careful and saw another one listed under permanent address. So my mistake.

The reference number is in the first paragraph on right-hand side after “if you need to contact us…” It’s been there from the very beginning, though it is not highlighted in any way (!). I know this because we had to send an email to admissions early on, otherwise don’t think I would have ever seen it!

There’s an option for edit address, if I click on that it shows I can update my mailing address & the update form was auto filled. I just need to click save. What to do?
