When yo click on edit address can you enter a mailing address? It could be as simple as you not indicating that permanent and mailing addresses are the same

For those that can get to Student Center on the phone, what do you see when you click on “Accept/Decline Awards”? I get a listing with “Aid Year” and eight years listed indicate your access to eligibility” but also a message that says “Award access not available.”

There are no confirmed cases of no reference number. One person said it initially but just hadn’t seen the ref number
