internationals (based off the finaid description) don’t apply for both css and fafsa. So there’s might be different
it could also be that you just haven’t gotten your package finished yet, some people recieve theirs after admission. When did you submit?

I don’t know. My situation is: Submitted FAFSA, CSS, dont qualify. Said no to aid. Domestic, full pay, have to do and parameter. What could this mean?
I am a combo of Case 1 and 2. I have the To Do with hyperlink which returns parameter error if clicked. However, if I click on the Go button, then the item list is populated with processing. So is that considered Case 1 or 2? I’m domestic and applied for FA btw.
