Cornell Class of 2029 Official Thread

I was going to ask about that - you, your friend, and your friend’s friend - prob high stat/competitive people? I know in this thread, we’re obviously obsessive lol

yeah fs, I’d say were all reasonably in a position that we could have gotten those scholarships

Maybe it’s considered an estimate when it’s paired with other aid types like federal loans or items where the exact value is not quite set / cases that could affect the final Cornell grant amount offer?

im international !

whats est?

EST is Eastern Standard Time. That’s when Cornell releases; 7:00pm EST. You can convert it online, by searching "7:00PM EST to [Country/town/state you live in]

no i mean gojo-css said we should determine who has est.

In this context, it was just being used as an abbreviation for “Estimate.” Some people have “Cornell Grant” in their pending financial aid while another person has “Cornell Grant Estimate (c).”

Mobile only

3 dots at top right → preferences → 3 dots again → home

Then go to “other finance information” dropdown → Pending financial aid → circular arrow button

ohh ok

What is the astrology for ppl getting accepted/waitlisted/rejected? Or are they still finalizing the financial aid?

Maybe I am just waitlisted so its an estimate idk. Do u have the presedential research scholar thingy?

They are still finalizing aid

also i was on desktop idk if u were on mobile and it just shortened it or not

Bro isn’t getting waitlisted when three people have the actual financial aid :sob: in this forum.

On the posted Google Docs. For people who said they had been able to see their names and grant amounts, which indicated acceptance. When do you guys find this? And ppl said they got from to do list blank to no current info?

What I meant is the correct link since you said there are 2 different links. not necessarily with your amount lol

I am on mobile (but loaded it as a desktop site), and it did not say Estimate. I do not have the Presidential Research thing, but that sounds like a good sign for you.

have u done research? they might just list it to everyone who’s done research then decide later

Is this only for if you’ve applied for FA? I don’t see “other finance information” after “hoime”
