yeah same, the fin aid stuff is fine ig since its a student side thing, but this is actively sending a request to cornell server to sign up for admitted page thing

Yeah. Probably fine as many university departments arenāt connected or centralized. I donāt think itās that big of a deal unless you are actually hacking something. The duty is really on them to keep these log ins limited to admitted students. With that said, itās literally hours away so probably not worth it!!!

thats why im like holding off, I dont deny that im scared though. I shotgunned all ivies as an intl needing aid. I hope at least one comes through.

How do you get the net id and login from student center?
I didnāt. You can log in using your regular email and password. We canāt so it might be a sign.

Guys. Reading that web page, you canāt directly sign in with your application email and password even if youāre admitted. You will be asked to CREATE an account. If anything is a sign, try creating an account with your application email and see if that works. Iām too scared to try for myself lol.
Yeah, I think this is the way it is. Iāll check with a burner email if it works.
i donāt think it means anything. i tried with my other email and a fake name- it still allows me to sign upā¦ so itās not a astro..
