So how does this work?

Uh, contact them directly and request permission to apply under early admission, would be my guess.

Early admission is for students who are in the exact situation described in the letter. Early admits enroll at Cornell during what would have been their senior year at high school. You have to be very intelligent/talented, and you have to have exhausted not only the most competitive courseload available but in fact, the entire courseload period. It has to be a situation where your high school literally has no more courses for you, or what is available is beneath the level of previous courses you’ve taken. You also have to have your SAT and SATIIs and all that crap as well. Many schools have this.
