Job shadowed National Weather Service in Cleveland
Job shadowed WTOL News 11, Toledo
Penn State weather camp
3 semesters of meteorological research: “The Economic Impacts of Severe Weather”; “Weather and Its Impacts on American History”; 3rd title undecided
Worked with meteorologist Michael Schlesinger as a research mentor
Created my own TV studio and produced weekly weather broadcasts posted on YouTube and my website ([Broadcast Meteorology - Home](http://www.broadcastmeteorology.■■■■■■■■■■)); http://www.youtube.com/user/Broadcastmet

Recommendations: Should be extremely strong. One was written my my debate coach, and the other by the teacher of the class where I researched meteorology.

Colleges I’m applying to:
Cornell
Penn State
Valparaiso University

I think I have a decent chance of admission, but I would appreciate some other opinions as well. Thank you!

Any opinions?

You really need to retake the SAT for Cornell, and for ED you need to take it tomorrow - those scores are on the low end. Other then that, the remainder of your stats look good.

You should try to take the ACT ASAP. You may score higher on that than the SAT.

Even with a lower SAT score, I think you should have a decent shot since it is one of the land grant schools.

Other than your SAT score, you look fine  Good luck!
