@reformedman Cornell is first. All of my friends applied to every other ivy. UPenn is Friday, Columbia is Monday, etc.
Questbridge decisions came out but I think we are the first for normal applications
I don’t know if being the first to receive decisions is a good thing lol…I would be tearing my hair out…BUT I guess it’s better to get it over with. Can’t change anything either way, you know?
@shebelongsinny Cornell is top ofc, GT is second, Carnegie mellon/MIT/Caltech third, Mich fourth, VT fifth.
2nd would be Georgetown and 3rd would be NYU
my #2 is Umich #3 is either NYU/ UNC chapel hill / USC / Emory
for me 1st is cornell, and the next one i’m legitimately not sure. I was thinking of NYU’s Stern School of Business for an ED2 when i get rejected tomorrow (inevitable unfortunately
). Not sure though.
Just so you all know, the reason Cornell is the first to release ED decision results is because…
Cornell is the highest rank in the ivy league
:))
@shebelongsinny for me 2nd is wake forest, 3rd is Villanova. Best of luck to you!
Best of luck from the Penn ED thread! We’ll be in the same position as you guys right now tomorrow, and I’m super nervous. But no matter what you will all aspire to great things, so keep you heads up tomorrow no matter what! Good luck.
Anyone here applying to HBHS? PM me so we can talk about fit!
Ironically, it’s comforting to know that we’re all freaking out together; I’m so thankful for you all- I may not know y’all personally, but it sure feels like I do. We’ve waited so long and now we’re about to find out the answer in less than 24 hours, and no matter what happens, remember that EVERYTHING happens for a reason and that EVERYTHING will be okay. I hope we are all crying tears of happiness tomorrow, but be it otherwise, in four years, those tears will eventually become tears of happiness as you graduate from whichever school you end up going to…be it Cornell or not. I’m so proud of every single one of you for making it this far, best of luck, and congratulations. xox
If anyone applied for nutritional science or knows anything about it, PM me!!! Also, I’m only applying to one other school, UMD, as a safety that I’d be happy at. Anywhere else would be too much money and too far away to justify choosing it over UMD if I don’t get into Cornell.
okay so we are officially 20 hours away.
im honestly feeling kind of numb because i’m not expecting good news at all. guess we all just have to rip off the bandaid right
Dang… I’ll be in the middle of a Physics Quiz when decisions come out…
Good lucky everyone from Princeton EA thread!!! I hope everything works out!!!
Thank you! Likewise- best of luck to you as well!! (: @GabyTinch
Good luck from the Penn ED thread! You all worked extremely hard and I hope you get the recognition you deserve from Cornell!
Good luck to you all from the Brown ED thread!
I didn’t apply ED to Cornell but i think the tension/nervousness is contagious. GOOD LUCK TO U ALLLLL!!! WISHING U ALL ACCEPTANCE LETTERS TOMORROW!!! EXCITED TO SEE “CORNELL CLASS OF 2021” POSTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA.
