Hey guys, I know a bunch of you will find it hard to sleep tonight, so here’s a method I use to get to sleep when I’m stressed about something (aka my college decision next week):
Close your eyes, get comfortable. Count backwards from 100, taking a deep breath between each number. I have never gotten lower than~70 without falling asleep, even the night before SATs, PMEA All-State auditions, etc!
