But I was in the 25% for SAT scores and below average for GPA so I guess this was expected. Was hoping my legacy connection would help. Unfortunately I think my older brother won’t be donating much anymore haha.

I just realised that the whole decisions process is like asking your crush out, and getting deferred is like being put in the friendzone! :))

thanks @wisteria100 and @AlexDad2016 ! @AlexDad2016 , I’m happy for my D but she would have been fine with a defer. I think a defer says she’s on track for peer schools, still has an iron in the fire at cornell and now she’ll get to compare offers.
