Connected my activities to activities at Cornell.
Discussed what kinds of programs that I want to do

My daughter is a freshman at ILR, so we went through this last year. You seem to be a good candidate. The human resources internship is a plus. ILR is all about finding applicants who fit the program. The gpa may defer you to the RD round, but don’t let that deter you if that happens. Follow up with a LOCI after the new year. If you took classes or did things ILR related your senior year, you want to let them know that. If your school has seniors do an externship in the spring, making that ILR related will help as well. Good luck!
