<p>Hey i was waitlisted for a while last year at Cornell, and then the middle of June I got the letter saying there was no more room. But the letter stated “…we hope you will consider applying to transfer here.” Does this mean I got the recommended transfer or is this what all the waitlist applicants got. I’d appreciate the input.</p>
