Pretty sure I read on here earlier that a CALS counselor said decisions will start coming out tomorrow the 23rd @wkdalswjd
@wkdalswjd I’m a CALS TO, coming out tomorrow at 10am
ILR Non-TO app. Transcript is still initiated. No second pin from cornell (applied last year). Every time i change my portal password it’ll say that nonsense bug thing.
Did find my finaid had an extra code in the bottom (400) stating “Your Financial Aid Administrator may contact you to resolve any issues related to parental data reported on your FAFSA.”
Wait guys not a single CAS person on this thread got the pin trick working today I think? So nothing for CAS is coming tomorrow right?
mine says pin cannot be found, I applied to CAS
@hillarydufflebag exactly that means ur not getting anything tomorrow just like me.
Guys for CAS no one got pin trick working i’m pretty sure
I applied for CAS, non GT, and the pin trick works for me. It shows my decision will come out tomorrow. But I do expect a rejection since this week is a rejection week historically. So the pin trick not working may be a good sign.
I applied for CAS and my decision came out tmr
can someone send the link for the pin trick
I also applied for CAS, and my decision will come out tomorrow as well. GG for me.
@CaMo0108 do you mean it’s been a rejection week historically for non GT applicants? I’ve been under the impression that most, if not all, non GTs are going to get rejected tomorrow, but an older post linking to a past year’s forum showed a non GT applicant that still had initiated on the transcript actually get accepted. What’s your take – do you think non GT applicants have some hope for tomorrow?
@summit13 Let’s just prepare for the worst. I don’t think we will be the lucky one to escape the pattern.
@waydownwego Are you guys referencing non GTs to CAS specifically or non GTs in general? Because it seems as if other schools have more success with early decisions-sorry for intruding on your convo lol
@charletterp I think we are referring to non GTs to CAS because all three of us posted are non GT applicant to CAS that will have our decisions come out tomorrow.
In last year‘s post, I saw someone applied for Dyson got accepted as non GT pretty early. But it seems a lot more rejections than acceptances. But just hope for the best and expect the worse. Cornell is really hard to get in anyway.
@waydownwego @jessicala @CaMo0108 My HS transcript actually finally arrived only yesterday, so they literally haven’t even read my file as they claim on their portal.
Do you guys mind sharing your GPA/SAT/top ec very briefly?
@groundeis My college GPA is 3.91, and my SAT is 1510. Last year I applied for Cornell in Early Decision round and got rejected. At this moment, I just stop worrying about this anymore. If it is a rejection, so let it be.
@waydownwego yeah ur right man better to stop worrying now. Good luck in any case
@waydownwego @charletterp I’m actually a non-GT applying to ILR! Really hoping to get some good news from our great friend, Ian. Any other ILRies on here that are non-GT?
any non-GT SHA applicants getting their decision tmrw?
