Cornell Fall 2019 Transfer Thread

Hello everyone,

I applied to ILR, and upon completing the pin trick the screen showed that I would receive my decision tomorrow at 10am.

Any other ILR students expecting a decision tomorrow?

@KyleTheTransfer me! are you a non-GT?

@summit3 I’m a non-GT applicant for ILR. I also receive my decision tomorrow.

@summit3 @KyleTheTransfer Also non-GT applicant for ILR and receive my decision tomorrow (at least from what the pin trick said)

good luck to us all!!

No one has received any kind of email informing the result is coming out tomorrow?

Good question^^^Could it be that the message says “tomorrow” but because Cornell hasn’t actually sent out the message yet it won’t be released until a later date? Does anyone’s say it will be released 4/23/2019? Or do they all just say tomorrow?

I just checked and my message changed to “Decision will be viewable at 10 AM” instead of “tomorrow” since it’s 3am right now…

Hi guys! I am HumanEc TO and whenever I try doing pin trick, it does not work and says “error detected” after I change my password. Does any TO experience same thing with me? I am so nervous because HumanEc TO is not guaranteed

Hi! Im a Human Ec TO as well but it probably means that your decisions are not available yet

Will we get emailed a PIN when our decision is viewable?

Decisions will be out in 5 hours judging from previous thread Non-TO CAS majors are likely to be rejected tomorrow. Good luck to everyone here! Anyone else CAS?

@Ceasar99 my daughter is a GT CAS. She did the pin trick and got a message that her decision will be at 10am

As people post their decisions at 10am could they please state whether they are a TO/GT or non-TO/GT?

Make a new thread only for decisions

anyone know if its 10am ET?

@Ceasar99 I’m applying for CAS as a non-TO. However the pin trick did not work as they were unable to locate it. I’m not exactly sure what that means for me.

@malwabyte say forgot pin, enter email and they should send u pin with password change link

@Shroud2k I did that. That’s how I am getting the “We were unable to locate your PIN” error message. I am assuming I have not been assigned one yet and won’t be a part of the first wave of decisions.

So I just called and asked why I got rejected (because that’s what I believe), and it turned out an officer just told me some points in details for real. Kind of a unique way to find out the decision.
