Yea i already got accepted to Cornell and I still have the waitlist thing on my dropdown menu so it definitely doesn’t mean anything
was there anyone who was accepted and still had their aid stay as initiated?
Yes I’m accepted to Dyson and my aid is still initiated. I called the financial aid office asking about “initiated”. They told me when the docs are not received, it’s status shows as “initiated”. Please call them and see what docs are missing from your file.
Hi guys, I have applied to Dyson and still haven’t heard anything yet from Cornell. Also, my checklist is still up and I am worried that Cornell did not review my application because I am missing midterm report, which I did not submit in purpose because I have taken a gap year and I have submitted my final report when I applied. Did everyone get their checklist disappeared? Should I be worried that my application did not go through the review process? Thank you!
@0pportunities you should call Dyson admissions, I have called CAS admissions and they are really great and helpful. They will get you all sorted out within a few minutes.

Will Cornell email us before 10 am on Tuesday to tell us that decision is available? Or the pin trick is the only way we could find out our decision?

Just tried the pin trick and it looks like I’m going to have to wait another whole week. Are there any non TO CAS students hearing back tomorrow?
I have been following the thread but this is my first input.
Non-TO/GT CAS Applicant here. Tried the pin trick around 9:00 AM EST today. It worked and I got an email to reset the portal password. After logging in, I read the message “Your decision will be viewable at 10:00 AM tomorrow 5/14/19.”
My Financial Aid portal still has my transcript at “initiated” and if the last few pages are any indication, it means I did not get accepted. Good luck to everybody who has and continues to work hard to achieve their goals and dreams. Like my screen name: all in due time.
Just tried the pin trick. Getting my decision tomorrow. Don’t have a Fin-aid portal so no way to check if its ordered/initiated! Guess I’ll just have to wait.

Hey, I’m getting my decision for CAS tomorrow. My FA portal changed to ordered too. Trying not to get my hopes up because I believe some people have gotten rejected/waitlisted with an ordered transfer transcript. Am I wrong?
Still on “We are Unable to Locate your Pin”. Most likely not getting a decision tomorrow from CAS, but we’ll see. I’d like to find out sooner than later lol.
hey all! i’ve been following this thread for a while but havent thought to actually contribute until now… has the pin trick worked for anyone applying to CALS today? i applied as a development sociology major and im starting to get really anxious (i submitted my application in january LOL)!
the pin trick doesn’t work for those who haven’t applied before right? cs mine doesn’t work and my finaid portal is still initiated… im losing hope
