Hey guys, so I’m a senior in HS entering the Fall '08 college year, and I have a few questions regarding Cornell’s transfer policy:

I didn’t apply to Cornell or anything, but I’m wondering what this is all about?
[CALS Admissions: Transfer Agreements](http://www.cals.cornell.edu/cals/prospective/admissions/applying/transfer/agreements.cfm)

Can I simply go to one of the listed colleges, keep the required GPA, along with the other necessary things, and get a guaranteed admission into Cornell’s CALS department?

Also, if I want to study and attend a University such as Penn State for two years, and then try and transfer into Cornell’s Arts/Science College (which is quite hard, I know :P), would I still need to take the SAT II’s if I haven’t ever taken them?

Thanks a lot, and the question regarding the CALS department needs to be answered please!
