I finally got my reminder email from Cornell today. Does anyone know when financial aid comes out?
Still shows inquiry access denied. Top universities like IVY league schools won’t probably fall for these tricks. Small colleges do but here the admission staff knows they are dealing with so many anxious applicants who will check every single page and wait for one mistake.
for early decision it came about 2 days later in the form of an email with a link
I just checked, and my D’s financial aid portal says Inquiry access denied under Aid Year Description. I got kind of excited when I saw her name and the Aid Year, etc., though.

@Winky1 As I’ve said, it’s probably because im international and didn’t apply for FA at all.

I was able to open the finaid ink and says no financial aid info found. We did not apply financial aid.

@Winky1 yes, that was the link (in post #1156) I tried, then clicked login with appID, logged in, it showed my son’s name, and “There is no financial aid information found”. I do not expect any info there anyway since we did not apply financial aid.

If we received likely letters, does this mean that we should be receiving our admittance packets in the mail today?
@booksandbaking no i wouldn’t think so, as the letter implies you’ve been accepted, the actual acceptance will “likely” be tonight at 7:00 PM EDT, i would expect packets to start arriving over the next day or two. They want to make sure a packet doesn’t come before the electronic notification
