<p>I’m not sure how much it helps, but I know that it does not help an unqualified applicant that much. If your stats are on par, I think it helps in the way that you showed interest in the college itself.
However, it definitely doesn’t help with chances to other colleges, other than the fact that you showed interest in that subject.</p>
<p>summer program has a first come first serve policy (rolling admission). so yes it is to your advantage to finish application as soon as possible. popular courses such as hotel and some aap courses fill up very quickly. but if you are applying to some unpopular courses, then there is no hurry.</p>
