Hi! I just attended Cornell Summer College, and I am an arising junior. I was enrolled in two courses - constitutional history and history of the western civilization. I enjoyed both courses, but the form was quite different from the Canadian High School I go to. Because of that, I didn’t do so well in Constitutional history - I received B-. I am still waiting for my other grade. I wonder if the university is going to grant me sympathy for taking this course early or not… or whether it will deteriorate my chance of gaining admission to CU two years later. I am aiming for a history and literature major, and i self studied three APs - us. histoy, world histoy and human geography, getting all fives on each one. I also have a top gpa (except for pe…) and starting histoy independent research programs in Vancouver on Indian reserves, and helping an university instructor with his paper. I did enjoyed the experience, but just not sure of its aftermath. May anyone tell me if it will be a big deal? Thanks!
