<p>for those applying or waiting to hear from cornell as a transfer, here is what they regected me with:</p>

<p>Sophomore going on junior; Georgia state U
3.63–3.73 end of semester
all senior level classes as sophomore
major: politics/jewish studies
Essays: very strong
Recs: very strong
Extra Cor: head model un, fellowship ect.:very strong</p>

<p>HS rec: low SAT and GPA; nonetheless, cornell doesnt require SAT for junior transfers.</p>

<p>Letter of pity: didnt buy it.</p>

<p>still waiting: emory, uva</p>

<p>I am curious too. This will solve a lot of problems. If the decision comes via email, then we no longer have to check the website.</p>

<p>if a letter was sent to your house that must have meant they sent it out some time last week, weird that it still wouldnt be online…</p>

<p>So if nobody has gotten into CAS yet, then isn’t a good thing that we haven’t gotten our decisions yet? Perhaps they weed out the ones they don’t want first?</p>
