<p>gomestar already replied to this in my other thread and has helped dramatically with essays and such, but I wanted to post this again in the Cornell forum rather a general forum for transfers</p>
<p>I’m attending Rutgers University and feel that the School of Industrial and Labor Relations would be a better fit for me. I’ve been browsing the forums a bit and finally decided to see if I have a good chance to get into Cornell. </p>

<p>I went to an interview at Cornell, instead of having a phone interview. Yet even though on the way back I got into a car accident. Damn Cornell snow. Please reply I really want to know what my chances are to get in. There are a lot more extra-curriculars I just don’t remember them right now. I’m really focusing on my essays. Probably will get a 4.0 this semester for midterm grades. I really really want to get in. So Cornellians what are my chances? My friend at Cornell told me that in his dorm a person with a 4.0 at community college was accepted to ILR for Spring Semester. How does the admissions committee balance this?</p>
