Sorry I’m late to this: what does TO and non TO stand for?
TO is transfer optional. Some applicants in 2024 who were not admitted for the first year (freshman), were given a spot starting sophomore year if they met some GPA requirements elsewhere for the first year.
Non-TO are other “regular” applicants, like me.

I can’t find the enrollment response form…I use the link at the bottom of the congratulation letter but it takes me back to the portal. I hope they don’t take away my acceptance for being so dumb that I can’t find the darned response form!!
