has anyone heard back from aap?
I want a decisionnnn whether an acceptance or a rejection at this point. This was the 5th Tuesday and i havent gotten anything. I feel like crying so much idek why meee

well now that Iāve finally accepted my rejection and gotten the tears out of the way (lol), Iām really proud of everyone who got in this week! you guys sound like great candidates and Iām sure youāll make Cornell a much better place :)) and to those who didnāt get in, it really is the schoolās loss, you all sound like great candidates too! Iām sure you would all succeed at whatever school you end up going to <3

Aw Iām sure you deserved to get in 1000x. The schoolās loss. I didnāt receive any update yet but i just wanted to thank you for saying these words to everyone! Good luck with your endeavors, I wish you the best. Youāll kill it wherever you go.

So for Cornell, the checklists disappear on the same day as and right before receiving an update to your portal right? The checklist disappearing isnāt really an indicator of them beginning to review your app? Because I know for some schools the checklist disappearing means theyāre reviewing your app
just hang in there and wait a little more!!! i hope you hear some good news next Tuesday

yup, the checklist disappears the morning of your decision, usually around 11 am set
Hey im so sorry this happened to us but its their loss i hope we end up somewhere great keep your heads up!! I still canāt let it out i wish i didnāt apply from the first place

For those of you who heard back today, when did you submit your applications? Iād just like to get an idea of where theyāre at with rolling these out
well Cornell releases decisions on a rolling basis so Iām guessing they review applications by batches? donāt take my word on it but thatās I heard

ALSO!! someone on cc once said that they asked Cornell if the date you applied affects when you hear back and they said no. I applied a couple days before the march 15th deadline

they give conditional acceptances.
Date of application is seemingly random. Someone here applied April 15 and got a result on the second week. Likewise, people who applied January only heard recently. Idt it has weight on your decision.
Wait so isnāt that contradictory to them saying ārolling admissionsā ahh confusing. You applied March 15th and did you hear back? Sorry if you said it already I might have missed it. I applied 4/1 the original deadline lol but still before 4/15
