There is not a set GPA/minimum GPA for transfer to COE or other colleges in general. COE does not offer TO’s to its applicants as well. You want to get your GPA as high as possible especially for transfer since that is the most important factor in transfer admissions. Generally, anything higher than a 3.8 would be good enough, but again, there is no minimum GPA requirement, so it really varies.
